The Company
Hari krishna Engineering Private Limited was established in 1997. The company was formed, by taking over entirely a proprietary firm by the name of Hari krishna Engineering Company, which was into the construction business since 1985. Mr. S. Venkateswara Rao (late) who was the owner of the proprietary firm, converted it into a limited company in the year 1997. The take over and conversion was only for the purpose of expansion of the business activities in a big way. Now his son Mr. S. Venkata Hari Kumar (B.tech – Civil, PG – Advanced Construction Management, LLB) is the Managing Director of the company.
The Company has its Registered Office at Plot No. 51 & 52, ‘B’-block, Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The company has been doing extremely well and has executed several contracts.
The company’s philosophy has always been to complete job in the specified time frame to help client control the cost/budget to deliver the highest quality.

HKEPL - Financial Status
The company has adequate financial capability to undertake large civil and structural fabrication jobs. The firm is specialized in warehouse/Godown Construction Jobs. The company also has the backing of the State Bank of India, Visakhapatnam. The company is solvent to an extent of Rs 700 lakhs as certified by the above mentioned bank.
The company does not have any financial constraint to undertake major construction projects.
